A lot of people absolutely love carrots, then there are a lot that don’t. This is a veggie that can be prepared in so many ways, that surely there is at least one way they can be prepared to entice the “I have carrots” people to adapt to them. Here are some great ways to use carrots that you may want to try as something different, even if you don’t have a problem getting your family to eat them.
Now a lot of people absolutely adore french fries made from potatoes, but don’t be surprised if these carrot fries don’t become a big hit in your household. Do yourself a favor though stay away from the deep frier and bake these in the oven. Much healthier and oh so yummy especially when seasoned properly. Once you have peeled and cut the carrots drizzle over some real olive oil and add your seasonings then toss well. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes and flip them half way through.
Whenever anyone is on a diet they usually start craving all the foods they are not supposed to have. Potatoe chips is a big one. Now the solution might be to satisfy that craving with these carrot chips. They are not hard to make and you will be amazed at how good they taste.
