Many of us turn to anti-inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen when we are suffering from pain.  The trouble is with a lot of over the counter products is the fact that they shouldn’t be considered for long-term use.  Some people suffer some awful side effects too.  So let’s take a look at some alternative pain relief.
Before you consider alternatives you should be reasonably free of other toxins in your body. Try to detoxify for a few days prior to taking some of the alternatives I will mention. It is very difficult for your body to react to healing if it is full of toxins, and a detoxify diet in itself can be a great pain buster!  Take a look at this great video for an easy to follow diet to help the body get rid of some toxins.

Pain Relief Hope

To summarise, if you are looking for an alternative pain relief that doesn’t involve chemicals then remember the biggest favor you can do for yourself is to try a detoxify diet first.  Consider the above alternatives.  One of my favorite alternatives is the magnetic bracelets that are out there.  These are said to increase the oxygen supply to the blood and of course we all know that oxygen is one of the first things a paramedic would give us if we are in pain!
