  1. I quit 10/1/2014 after 40 years. I used the patch. It really helped, along with games on my phone to keep my hands busy. Best advise THE CRAVING WILL P$#%&!@* WHETHER YOU SMOKE OR NOT. If anyone needs encouragement just let me know.

  2. Thank you Juli, the advice is sound. I found the craving stopped after about 5 minutes, its just getting through that 5 minutes! It does get easier though. I have got to admit I class quitting as one of my biggest life achievements …seriously!
